ODT-5-C-0010. The current period of performance of this contract will expire on 28 February 2025. This contemplated modification and extension will provide up to an additional 4 months of services while ICE executes a competitive, follow-on requirement to this contract. Only the incumbent, CoreCivic, can meet the government’s needs by the required performance start date of 01 March 2025 and no other service or provider will satisfy the agency requirement.
