The Air Force Research Lab (AFRL/PZLEQ), Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, intends to award a sole source purchase order authorized by 10 USC 3572, Implementation of Simplified Acquisition Procedures (41 USC 1901), as implemented by FAR 13.5, DFARS 213.5, and AFFARS 5313.5 (incorporating AFFARS 5306.304) to TESCAN USA, Inc. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government for the competition of this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any responses should be e-mailed to kara.loeber@us.af.mil no later than 18 April 2024 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time. Only responses received by this date will be considered.
