Box 9731, Stratford, CT. 06615, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6. 302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

The delivery order modification is to procure material and services necessary to update the CH-53K Integrated Computing Platform (ICP) software suite for maintenance of the Israeli Airforce (IAF) CH-53K aircraft. The effort shall be procured pursuant to 1 0 U.S.C. 2304( c)( 1 ) and FAR 6.302-1, " Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements."
