## Description

USUHS awarded a sole-source, firm-fixed-price commercial contract to Instructure Inc for an annual subscription for Canvas Learning Managment System liciences with help desk services. These liciences ensure no distruption in the education mission as USUHS. Instructure is the sole manufacture of the Canvas LMS used by USU to include licensing, maintenance, and tier 2 support for an application that is required by USU to meet its academic mission and maintain several accreditations.
