## Description

**August 8th, 2025:** The purpose of this amendment, Amendment 5, is to incorporate the following:

1. Questions and Answers v5 to the RFQ;

2. Amending the RITV RFQ vAmend 02, Attachment 1 - PWS Rail ITV_vAmend 02 (pages 1, 8 & 13), and Attachment 6 - Technical Worksheet vAmend 02 (pages 1). All other terms and conditions remain the same. The due date is extended to 14 August 2025 at 8am CDT.

**July 31st, 2025:** The purpose of this amendment, Amendment 4, is to incorporate Questions and Answers v4 to the RFQ. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The due date remains 11 August 2025 at 4pm CDT.

**July 31st, 2025:** The purpose of this amendment, Amendment 3, is to incorporate Questions and Answers v3 to the RFQ. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The due date remains 11 August 2025 at 4pm CDT.

**July 31st, 2025:** The purpose of this amendment, Amendment 2, is to incorporate Questions and Answers v2 to the RFQ. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The due date remains 11 August 2025 at 4pm CDT.

**July 28th, 2025:** The purpose of this amendment, Amendment 1, is to incorporate the following:

1. Provide Questions and Answers to the RFQ;

2. Amending the RITV RFQ vAmend 01, Attachment 1 - PWS Rail ITV_vAmend 01 (pages 1 & 4), and Attachment 6 - Technical Worksheet vAmend 01 (pages 1 & 3). All other terms and conditions remain the same. The due date remains 11 August 2025 at 4pm CDT.

The Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) Rail Fleet Management Branch requires the following:

rail car tracking devices for approximately 1,700 Department of Defense owned chain flat rail cars located in the Contiguous United States (CONUS), installation of the devices on the rail cars, and data service for the devices. SDDC requires data services that can also be incorporated into current DoD systems for monitoring surface movements. SDDC is seeking modern technology to allow for advanced real-time information and monitoring of assets.
