All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government is contemplating the award of a Firm-Fixed Price with Prospective Price Redetermination (at option periods), Indefinite-Delivery Requirements contract resulting from a Best Value without Trade-Offs. The period of performance will include a one (1) year base period from 01 July 2024 through 30 June 2025 and four (4) one year option periods. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 532411 with a size standard of $45,500,000.00. No hardcopies of this solicitation will be issued.
