This requirement is for the delivery of PhysioMimix Organ-on-a-Chip systems and associated consumables/components compatible with the existing PhysioMimix systems currently in place at USAMRIID. While similar equipment and consumables may be available from other vendors, the other PhysioMimix systems in the market require the use of proprietary consumables that are not compatible with other transwell based organoid models including the CN Bio PhysioMimix systems currently in use at USAMRIID. CN Bio Innovations Limited is the only vendor capable of providing transwell based organoid models meeting the Government’s minimum essential characteristics and being compatible with the existing CN Bio PhysioMimix systems in use at USAMRIID. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quotations (RFQ) and no solicitation document exists for the requirement; however, if a vendor challenges the basis for this requirement, please submit a capability statement that includes sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to provide these supplies. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
