Kilobaser Corporation is the sole source provider, manufacturer, seller, and exclusively distributes the Kilobaser equipment. Given the information above, Kilobaser Corporation is the only vendor capable of providing this product to meet the government’s needs. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quotations (RFQ) and no solicitation document exists for the requirement; however, if a vendor challenges the basis for this requirement, please submit a capability statement that includes sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to provide these services. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
