This is a request for a non-personal sole source service(s) contract to provide all hardware and software associated with a new Fats? AR System Bundle for 2 Trainees for the USARIEM to complement their existing EST II System.

The Military Performance Division of the US Army Research Institute of Environmental Medicine (USARIEM) conducts research aimed at physical performance optimization, injury reduction, military biomechanics, cognitive performance, injury epidemiology, and deployment health and protection.The authority cited is 41 United States Code 1901 as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.501(a)(1)(ii), sole source (including brand name) under the authority of the simplified procedures for certain commercial items.
