## Description

The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) located at the Fort Detrick in Frederick, MD is seeking to procure tent, staging, and furniture for the Capability Days event.

**Event Dates:** 20 May 2024 – 23 May 2024. RENTAL PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS (1) Frame Tent measuring 80’L x 40’W with clear sides for full enclosure. (1) Raised stage measuring 12’L x 24’W x 24”H. Must include stage carpeting, steps for one side, and black skirt. (1) Pipe and black drape backdrop measuring 6’L x 8’H. (6) Matching barstools. (15) 30” round freestanding tables measuring 42” H with linens. No specific linen color is requested. (10) Cardboard waste receptacles with liners and lids.

No specific size is requested. Quotes must include delivery, set-up, dismantle and pick-up. Tent is to be staked in grass. See attached solicitation (HT942524R0080 0001) for additional information and instructions to offerors.
