The ability to provide technicians with current, manufacturer-authorized certifications for the specific ESS platforms listed in the PWS. The ESS network is a standalone, closed-loop system and does not connect to the main DoD network. As such, many standard IT/cybersecurity requirements (RMF, CMMC, SAAR) are not applicable to this requirement (see Part 6 of the PWS for details).
