The Product Service Code (PSC) is Q301 – Medical Laboratory Testing. The objective of this sole source award is to perform the drinking water analysis services in accordance with performance work statement. The anticipated period of performance is for one (1) base year (11/01/2025 – 10/31/2026) Based on market research, Chugai Technos Corporation is the only source that can perform these services for U.S. Medical Military Treatment Facility (MTF) Kadena, Japan. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes management and technical data and cost information, in sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to provide the required services at the above location.
