The Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton’s Facilities Management Department requests Comprehensive Water Quality Management and Testing Program per DHA guidance. These includes Water Quality Management Software Installation, updates, Maintenance and Operations, and water quality validation and testing. The objective of this sole source award is to procure Comprehensive Water Quality Management and Testing Services. Upon evaluation Phigenics, LLC, was the only market option found to be capable of meeting the Government minimum requirement. The requirements will be as follows: Based on market research, Phigenics, LLC, is the only source that can meet the Government’s minimum requirements for the Comprehensive Water Quality Management and Testing Services to the Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton .
