## Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The U.S. Naval Hospital, Guam intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Utech Products, Inc., 135 Broadway, Schenectady, NY 12305-2501. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541519, Other Computer Related Services with a size standard of $34,000,000.

The anticipated award will be made under the statutory authority permitting “Other than full and Open Competition” in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5 – Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This purchase order is intended to meet the mission of the Information Management Department’s requirement for Electronic Health Record specifically designed for documentation and image management for surgical procedures.
