## Description

The Defense Health Agency intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 13.501(a), Only One Responsible Source. Sole source# HT941024N0156. The proposed source is:

Add new SLIN 3007AB and 4007AB for 9 FTEs from 20 January 2025 – 14 November 2025 and 15 November 2025-14 November 2026 Current Task Order: Labor Category FTE Location Qty SLINs Registered Nurse 1 United States Naval Hospital Guam 1816 3007AA Registered Nurse 1 United States Naval Hospital Guam 1816 4007AA Request to increase FTEs on existing Option Year SLINs on below SLINS: Labor Category FTE Location Qty SLINs Registered Nurse 9 United States Naval Hospital Guam 10752 3007AB Registered Nurse 9 United States Naval Hospital Guam 17,520 4007AB There are not set-aside restrictions for this requirement.

The intended procurement will be classified under North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) 622110. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice will need to submit technical data sufficient to determine capability in providing the same product. All capability statements received by the closing date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.

A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
