## Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Healthcare Contracting Division – West (HCD-W) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Only One Responsible Source. The proposed source is COX SUBSCRIPTIONS, INC. This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract.

**Reference#:** HT941024N0143. DHACA HCD-W on behalf of Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton (NHCP), intends to award a firm fixed price contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one source being available to meet the Government’s needs, to:

COX SUBSCRIPTIONS, INC. 201 VILLAGE RD SHALLOTTE, NC 28470-4441 This requirement has period of performance from 1 OCT 2024 to 30 SEPTEMBER 2028 (base + 3 options).

This requirement is to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Radiology diagnostic workflow tool used to reduce diagnostic errors, especially when diagnosing rare or complex imaging cases and will provide access to STATdx for 10 subscriptions and associated licenses to be used for the aid in radiological diagnostics. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this PWS.

There are no set-aside restrictions for this requirement. The intended procurement will be classified under North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) 513210 – Software Publishers. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice will need to submit technical data sufficient to determine capability in providing the same product.

All capability statements received by the closing date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
