## Description

This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR 5.201. The Defense Health Agency, Western Markets Contracting Division hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Priced purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to 1ST AMERICAN MEDICAL DISTRIBUTORS, INC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b); Only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions under FAR Part 13 apply.

The period of performance is 20 August 2024 to 19 August 2027. 1ST AMERICAN MEDICAL DISTRIBUTORS, INC will be tasked to provide services maintenances for ten (10) government owned Medrad injection and infusion systems.

Contractor shall service and maintain the equipment within the original equipment manufacturers (OEM) specifications, in accordance with the US, State, and Local laws and regulations, US Navy regulations, and Joint Commission requirements. The applicable PSC is J065. The applicable NAICS Code is 811210 and the size standard is $34.0 (million). This is not a request for quotes.

Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis. Responses must be submitted in writing via email no later than 4:00PM PDT on 12 August 2024. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
