BOD POD is an FDA approved 510(K) Class II Medical Device #K060848 categorized as an “Air Displacement Plethysmograph for Body Composition Analysis,” with the product classification code “OAC,” and MDL Canada Class II medical device. Repair, and performance testing with priority scheduling to include an annual pre-scheduled Calibration Service visit with certification, software updates and product/maintenance. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Bod Pod repair and maintenance services as defined in this Statement of Work. Period of Performance 6/1/2024 to 5/31/2025. There are not set-aside restrictions for this requirement.
