## Description

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE AMENDMENT This is a pre-solicitation notice amendment for the OCONUS Medical Q - Coded (MQS) Support and Services. This procurement will now utilize Pre-Solicitation notice HT941024R0002. The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not commit the Government to solicit or contract for any supply or service.

The DHA is not accepting questions or comments in response to this notice at this time. The procedures for the submission of questions or comments for the OCONUS MQS program will be outlined in the solicitations at the time of release.
