Description of Services:
\nThe Defense Health Agency is seeking a contractor to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, and transportation for non-personal, medical-grade bulk laundry and dry-cleaning services. This is a competitive follow-on to Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) HT940823A0002.
The required services include, but are not limited to:
\n\nThe contractor must adhere to strict quality control, infection control, and transportation standards, including guidelines from the CDC, OSHA, and the Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council (HLAC). This includes maintaining specific air pressure boundaries in processing facilities and following sanitation protocols for transport vehicles.
\n\nThe Government will award a single, Firm-Fixed-Price contract. The award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is compliant, receives a "Pass" for Technical Capability, and represents the Best Value to the Government based on a comparative tradeoff between Past Performance and Price.
\n\nFuture Scope Adaptability:
\nPlease note there is a future possibility of adding laundry and linen services, increasing linen volumes, or including additional outlying clinics/facilities within the 59th Medical Wing's area of responsibility via bilateral modification.
