This is an excepted activity as determined by the Military Treatment Facility (MTF) Director/Commander. During lapse in appropriation for FY26, this requirement is solicitated as an excepted activity. Please note that award will be made for this requirement without FY2026 funding until such time as Congress passes either a new appropriations budget or a continuing resolution.
