This requirement will be solicited as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 561990-All Other Support Services. The Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) at Cannon Air Force Base (AFB), New Mexico, Buckley Space Force Base (SFB), Colorado, Peterson SFB, Colorado and Schriever SFB, Colorado requires contractor support to provide non-personal services to include all labor, parts, tools, materials, and transportation necessary to provide regularly scheduled, on-site document destruction services. Document destruction services shall be performed on-site on a monthly basis (12 times per year). The contractor shall provide secure lockable storage containers, on-site destruction, and disposal of confidential documents to include sensitive Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI) requiring proper handling and destruction under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and the Privacy Act of 1974. Services are expected to begin no later than 30 September 2024. The period of performance will be a 12-month base period and three (3) 12-month option periods thereafter, with the option to extend services for an additional six months in accordance with FAR clause 52.217-8.
