This acquisition is for the Naval Hospital Jacksonville (NHJAX), Florida, in support of the Branch Health Clinic (BHC) Key West, Florida. The contractor provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to disassemble and remove the existing audiometric test booth. The contractor shall supply and install one (1) new two-person audiometric test booth for conducting hearing screenings in support of the BHC Key West. The contractor must custom fit and assemble the new audiometric test booth in the location identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
