The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity - Healthcare Contracting Division – Southeast (DHACA- HCD- SE) intends to award a firm fixed price, sole source purchase order to Alliance Technology Group LLC located at 7010 Hi Tech Drive, Hanover, MD 21076, United States for LAN-LINE phone switch services, installation and maintenance of the Avaya CM10.2 PBX System. The statutory authority for the sole source procurement of these supplies and services is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 (c) – Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all quotes received prior to the closing date and time of this solicitation. The solicitation number is HT940625QAvay. This announcement is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Navy Medical Readiness Training Command (NMRTC) Beaufort, SC has a requirement for a follow-on contract for LAN-LINE phone switch services, installation and maintenance. The Contractor shall configure and install all components to AVAYA Call Manager 10.2 PBX System and provide tier 1 system maintenance with 24/7 coverage and 4-hour parts access for disaster recovery for the AVAYA CM10.2 PBX system. To include all system and equipment components outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (Attachment A).
