## Description

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) has a requirement for Newborn Channel Subscription in support of Naval Hospital Jacksonville, Florida.This requirement is used to comply with requirements for postnatal discharge. The Newborn Channel Television Network Subscription will provide multiple training videos to be used by patients in order to meet requirements to be discharged. WebMD Ignite/Interactivation Health Networks LLC doing business as The Wellness Network is the only service provider of the Newborn Channel Subscription. The WebMD Ignite/Interactivation Health Networks is the only source available to provide the necessary channel subscription.
