The SF1449 form is being utilized to generate the applicable clauses from the Standard Procurement System. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, Southeastern Healthcare Operations Contracting Division intends to procure a firm fixed price contract for turnkey patient Wi-Fi services for three (3) buildings at Naval Health Clinic Charleston (NHCC). Services include technical support for resolution of service interruptions throughout the period of performance under this requirement; and training for eight (8) users. The contractor shall accomplish the installation, integration, and optimization processes with minimum disruption to daily clinic staff and patient operations. The contract will consist of a base year and four Option years of 12 months each.
