The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation as indicated in the attached Standard Form (SF) 1449. The SF1449 form is being utilized to generate the applicable clauses from the Standard Procurement System. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, Southeastern Healthcare Operations Contracting Division intends to procure a firm fixed price contract for Medical equipment maintenance services in support of Naval Hospital Guantanamo Bay. The on site and off site preventative maintenance, calibrations, and repairs services for the medical equipment must be performed by original equipment manufacturer certified personnel at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Contractors must be able to gain base access withing 60 days after contract award. The contract will consist of a base year and four Option years of 12 months each.
