This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. APLIS integration activities includes the installation and sustainment of all test, training, and production environments, as well as site installations at Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs). These activities also encompass customer support, maintenance of systems and infrastructure at host Military Health System (MHS) Application Access Gateway (MAAG) sites, and quality assurance initiatives to ensure optimal performance. Contractor duties also include change and configuration management of APLIS to ensure continuous support.
