## Description

This requirement is for a supply contract to acquire Online Subscription for Sanford Guide with Stewardship Assist to provide point-of-care recommendations for infectious diseases as well as local facility-specific guidelines that account for antimicrobial susceptibility patterns, patient population served, and antimicrobial formulary restrictions. This proposed contract will consolidate existing DHA contracts for this product to an enterprise license to give all DHA personnel access Sanford Guide with Stewardship Assist subscription.
