## Description

This software is a new software which is an identity-based secrets and encryption management system. It provides encryption services that are gated by authentication and authorization methods to ensure secure, auditable, and restricted access to secrets. The Development, Security and Operations (DEVSECOPS) Community Cloud (DSOCC) service offering is an Infrastructure Operations Division (IOD) funded service that provides centralized hosting and agile code development capabilities for the Military Health System (MHS) environment.
