## Description

This requirement will support DHA Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) that provide Mammography with a centralized patient reporting and tracking system that can be accessed across the Department of Defense (DoD) MHS regardless of location.

This requirement will procure software upgrades and solidate all independent servers currently hosting MRS software to one centralized database and provide support for all MTFs across the DoD MHS (regardless of location) with software licensing, training, and ongoing technical support. The MRS must have a DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) Authority to Operate/Authority to Connect (ATO/ATC) on the MHS network.

This requirement must integrate with our Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) vendors, which are AGFA and Fuji. The system must be capable of supporting an enterprise medical environment of approximately 80 MTFs from a centralized server. The MRS must be 100% compliant with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) inspection(s), to include a volumetric density assessment tool that can provide a cancer risk assessment calculator to the patient and provider. See attached RFI document for additional details.
