## Description

The Government has purchased three advanced hearing aid verification systems under the Statutory Authority Cited permitting other than full and open competition: 41 U.S.C. 1901; as implemented at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), soliciting from a single source for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. The systems will verify and adjust hearing instruments to target automatically through a direct interface with the fitting software and measure the high frequency amplification of hearing instruments that claim extended bandwidth. A copy of the approved and redacted Limited Source Justification has been included with this award notice.
