\n\nThe Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation.

\n\nThe White House Medical Unit requires two (2) multi-application dermatological laser/light console platforms to deliver advanced cutaneous, vascular, pigmented lesion, and skin resurfacing treatment. The baseline performance is established by the Lumenis BE Stellar M22 Platform System.
\n\nAny offeror proposing an "Equal" product must provide technical documentation, engineering specifications, and descriptive literature verifying that the offered system satisfies every salient characteristic listed below:
