UTECH Products Inc. (DBA EndoSoft LLC) holds exclusive rights to the software and there are no authorized resellers, and it is the only software identified that provides full MHS GENESIS integration and a valid, secured Authorization to Operate which is required across Military Health Systems. The software subscription is for the following subscriptions: EndoVault Network Base Module Server License EndoVault Network Specialty Workstation Software License Endosoft High Definition USV Image/Video capture and communication cable with software 6 Hospital/Practice Information System Interface HL7 OBR Hospital/Practice Information System Interface HL7 ORD ENDO-IMPLEMENT ENDO-Training ENDO-Support A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
