This action was for a bridge contract for the Traumatic Brain Injury Center of Excellence (TBICoE) Clinical Affairs, Dissemination, Research, and Mission Support contract support. The awarded contract supports the Military Health System, Defense Health Agency, and the Department of War to execute education, training, clinical support tools, clinical recommendations, and research requirements on brain injury and warfighter brain health.
