## Description

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) Northeastern Markets-Contracting Division (NEM-CD) in support of the Gastroenterology Department located at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), intends to award a firm fixed price Contract, on a sole source basis to the LABORIE MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION, 180 International DR, Portsmouth, New Hampshire, 03801-6837, United States.

The anticipated award will be made under the statutory authority permitting other than Full and Opn Competition, under the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(2) Soliciting from a single source not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. This is for the procurement of Manometry service maintenance, software upgrade, and Catheters on existing system. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations.

Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities by responding to this notice no later than 9:00 am EST, Friday, May 20, 2024, by email to claudia.a.febresmormontoy.ctr@health.mil. All information submitted should support the offeror’s capability to provide the services required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. The Government reserves the right to cancel the sole source award.
