This is a Sources Sought Notice announcement; market survey for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this sources sought. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. The Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) Directorate of Behavioral Health in Bethesda, Maryland, is seeking potential sources capable to provide EMDR training in a virtual format for public sector agencies.

They must be certified by EMDRIA per the following requirements EMDR International Association Policies - EMDR International Association (emdria.org) The NAICS code for this procurement is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training; Small Business Size Standards $15 Million. Responses to this source sought notice should include the following:

name and address of company, business size (large or small): identify whether or not firm falls into any of the following socioeconomic categories-8(a), HUBZone, Services Disabled Veteran-Owned/Veteran-Owned Small Business; provide a brief description of qualifications and any other pertinent information which demonstrates the ability to meet the above requirement.
