Further, the Defense Health Agency (DHA) is not at this time seeking quotes or proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. The DHA is seeking integrated headquarters support services for GOSS in accordance with the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) and describe the task and capabilities required to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervisor and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the requirement as defined in the DRAFT PWS except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. Please be advised this is a DRAFT PWS and is subject to change based on the information received from this RFI. Capability Statements should be submitted in Microsoft Word or Portable Document Format (PDF) and are due no later than 24 April 2026 at 2:00PM EST. Responses shall be limited to ten (10) pages (8.5x 11 inches, one (1)-inch margins), single-spaced, twelve (12)-point-sized font and submitted via e-mail to Contract Analyst, latonya.s.jenkins.ctr@health.mil and Contracting Officer, linda.m.walker38.civ@health.mil.
