## Description

**Amendment 0001:** (1) correct the delivery from a final date to period of performance; and (2) provide corrected copy of Atch-03 52.212-2 Addendum. The Defense Health Agency is issuing a Firm-Fixed-Price solicitation for contractor support to advance enterprise data readiness and governance across the Military Health System.
