## Description

Award is a12-month base period with four 12-month options and up to 6 months of extensions under the authority at FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. The award value includes the estimated price of extensions. Services provide installation-level training support to ensure installations are in compliance with standards, requirements, and service delivery models outlined in DODI 6490.15, DHA-PI 6025.27, and DHA-PM 6025.01.

Scope includes a range of clinical advisory services primarily focused on supporting the DHA Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) clinical processes. This includes support of Subject Matter Experts with specific knowledge, skills, and experience in the PCBH model of care. Services will be delivered remotely to Military Treatment Facilities and clinics worldwide, from contractor locations throughout the United States.
