## Description

The contractor shall provide the Medical Workforce Wellbeing Program through the delivery of biometric-based wellbeing programs that include monitoring, coaching, and training aimed to enhance and improve the individual and professional wellbeing of active duty and civilian health care providers and administrative and support staff.

The contractor shall also provide biometric wearable sensors (Ring Form-Factor) to participants to support their understanding of their physiological responses to stress and their overall recovery and conduct data analysis and generate quantifiable insights into the overall wellness of the DHA workforce. The contractor shall deliver workforce Wellbeing Support Services including individual training, mindfulness, peer support, leadership coaching, and support training.

Services include all aspects of program management and delivery, including but not limited to biometric monitoring, software as a service, content management, data and analytics, cybersecurity, device/application training, help desk support, and program execution. The contractor shall deliver its wellbeing services to the entire DHA Workforce, defined as active duty military and civilians assigned to the DHA within the nine Defense Health Networks (DHN’s) and at DHA Headquarters.

The contractor shall also provide biometric wearable sensors (Ring Form-Factor), as required by their proposed programs, to participants to support their understanding of their physiological responses to stress and their overall recovery. The contractor shall also conduct biometric data analysis and generate quantifiable insights into the overall wellness of the DHA workforce.
