\n\nThe Defense Health Agency (DHA) has a need to deliver convenient, clinically effective physical therapy services to active duty servicemembers and their families, anytime, and anywhere. DHA intends to pilot and validate the efficacy of virtual physical therapy delivered through its enterprise telehealth platform, delivered fully remotely at the convenience of the patient.

\n\nThe contractor, Sword Health, Inc. is currently delivering musculoskeletal and pelvic floor physical therapy pilot program for beneficiaries using advanced, sensor-free technology, artificial intelligence-enabled biomechanic feedback, digital and virtual patient engagement, and clinical oversight by licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy.
\n\n\n\nThe Government intends to extend the current Period of Performance for the existing contract HT001125PE007 by six months. The anticipated Period of Performance is for the contract action is 30 September 2026 through 29 March 2027.

\n\nThe North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 621999, All Other Misc Ambulatory Health Care Services with the size standard of $20,500,000.00. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) / Product Service Code (PSC) procurement is Q999.
\n\n5. Submission Instructions: Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement within 15 calendar days of the publication of this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
