## Description

The Defense Health Agency intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Priced contract on a noncompetitive basis to Fieldprint, Inc., under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b); circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available, Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions under FAR Part 13 apply.

Award is intended for: Fieldprint Incorporated 12000 Commerce Pkwy #100 Mt Laurel Township, NJ 08054 The intended order is up to 6,000 fingerprinting encounters from 15 September 2024 through 14 September 2025, with an option for up to 7,025 fingerpinting encounters from 15 September 2025 through 14 September 2026. The objective of this sole source award is to procure all services and materials for collection of fingerprints and submission to Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency in support of initial background investigations and reinvestigations for military, civilian and contractor personnel assigned to Defense Health Agency locations with in the 50 states or US Territories.

A sole source award is pursued where the Agency needs availability at DHA locations in US Territories. Market research found among national providers only Fieldprint can provide such availability. This is not a request for quotes. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this notice.

Responses must be submitted by email to the points of contact no later than 4:00PM EDT on August 30, 2024. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responding vendors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM). Complete SAM registration means a registered Unique Entity ID (UEI) and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code.
