The technical components for this requirement include the following high-level objectives: Telephone and Switchboard Services Case Processing, to include Application Ingestion, Case Maintenance, Item Level Processing, and Post Closing Program Management National Background Investigation System (NBIS) Implementation Support as it pertains to CPOC The required services may be performed in Boyers, PA, St. Louis, MO, and/or other Government approved sites. The procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government reserves the right to further set-aside this solicitation for a small business socioeconomic contracting program at the time of solicitation issuance. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement will be 561611, Investigation & Personal Background Check Services, with a size standard of $25 Million. The Product Service Code (PSC) will be R499, Support, Professional, other. The resultant contract will be effective with a Base Period of Performance of twelve (12) months, with four (4) twelve (12) month Option Periods to extend the contract at the Government’s discretion. The Government intends to award a Hybrid type contract with Firm-Fixed-Price and Labor Hour CLINs in accordance with all terms, conditions, and provisions within the contract. The tentative issue date for the actual solicitation, HS002125RE001, is 30-60 days from this posting. Proposals will be due no less than thirty (30) days after the issuance of the solicitation.
