THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETIVE PROPOSALS, and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested vendors must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmation written responses are received by 8:00a.m. Eastern Time on April 18, 2025, award will be made without further notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. Information reveived will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
