## Description

Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) has a need for digitizing fingerprints and transmitting to the states of New York, Tennessee, Texas, and West Virginia to provide criminal history record information (CHRI).

**SPECIAL NOTE:** Idemia Identity & Security USA, LLC is the only authorized vendor by New York, Tennessee, Texas and West Virginia to provide hardcopy fingerprint digitization and channeling services through their state networks for fingerprint-based CHRI search requests.
