Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the Government intends to procure this requirement from a single source, NCMA, which is allowable for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold when only one source is reasonably available. The period of performance for this requirement extends August 1, 2024 through July 31, 2025. The NAICS code for this requirement is 813920 – Professional Organizations, with a small business size standard of $23.5 million. The product and service code is U009-Education/Training-General. This is not a request for competitive proposals and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources who are able to fulfill this requirement may submit a response which, if received timely, will be considered by the agency.
