## Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES OR PROPOSALS. DCSA intends to award a sole-source purchase order to NCC PS Enterprises, LLC (The National Conference Center) for conference space and audio-visual equipment rental pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b).

The agency believes NCC PS Enterprises, LLC is the only small business that can meet its requirement for a conference hall with capacity for 130 participants, customizable meeting space for smaller break-out sessions, audio-visual equipment and support, onsite lodging, and meals for all participants at a price less than or equal to per diem. The period of performance of this requirement is May 12, 2024 through May 16, 2024.
