Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Chief Information Officer (OCIO) has a requirement for the renewal of Microsoft (MS) Unified Support services which will be distributed to DCSA users at headquarters and field locations. MS Unified Support provides fully integrated and comprehensive MS support for all MS licenses/equipment supporting the DCSA networks and its mission, which includes “blue-badge” technical support service with direct access rights to developers of Microsoft proprietary products. This requirement is for reliable automated information systems services and support to DCSA, as, Unified Support Services and Designated Support Engineering in Platform Technologies, Systems Management Technologies, Messaging technologies and Problem Resolution. MS Unified Support is a support service that minimizes and quickly resolves issues and provides DCSA access to Microsoft experts to keep applications and systems running smoothly. MS products are essential parts of the DCSA IT environment. No solicitation posting will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation; however, all responsible sources interested may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement.
