## Description

Award notice is to inform industry that a sole source bridge modification for services has been awarded under the authority 10 USC §3204 as implemented by FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C). This modification is a as a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) modification, and was not awarded competitively. The rationale for the non-competitive award and CPFF nature of the contract is the work is a logical follow-on to an order already issued under the contract action.
